7 days to build a new mental health initiative for Publicis UK
Publicis Talk was a mental health initiative integrated into How Are You? (the agency-focused mental health resource myself and Aleks Melnikova built to help people build mental resilience and access help and support) to provide a filterable list of all Publicis Groupe UK mental health ambassadors and first aiders that Publicis employees could contact for support during the pandemic.

As a result of COVID, all Publicis UK employees were working from home; and without a separation of work-life balance, some were suffering with their mental health. How Are You? was providing people support in terms of resources, but we wanted to go much further.
I worked with Publicis Health Europe President Phillip Chin, and rapidly gathered content, wireframed, designed, and built the addition to the site over the course of 7 days; integrating MS Teams links, profile pictures and filters, so it was easy to find someone to talk to – whether that’s from the same agency or from a different business unit all together.
The initiative was highlighted by Annette King (then CEO of Publicis Groupe UK) in an email focusing on mental health to the entire Publicis Groupe UK workforce, and was received extremely positively.
